Absolutely Lifesavers!
I was completely devastated when another florist canceled my funeral spray order at the very last minute after a 30-minute phone call. I was frantic and didn't know what to do.
FLORALS ON 5TH came to my rescue. Despite the short notice and the fact that it was a holiday, they graciously accepted my order for next-day delivery. Their customer service was truly exceptional – kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful during a difficult time.
The sympathy spray was stunning! I cannot express enough gratitude. They went above and beyond!
